PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: WHITE TRUFFLE PASTE (Tuber magnatum Pico)
Pure, high output product. Sterilised. No preserving agents, no colourings.
It does not contain whitening flour. It has the natural color of White Truffle.

SHELF-LIFE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Three years at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator and use within a few days.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: It is advisable to make a base and to add the paste in small quantities to white meat, egg, rice, shellfish, fish and vegetable dishes. Perfect to prepare fresh pasta fillings. 

AVAILABLE SIZES: 50g glass jar.
A 50gr jar can be used for about 8-10 portions.
