PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: BUTTER WITH SLICES OF BIANCHETTO TRUFFLE (Tuber albidum Pico) AND SALT. High output product. Pasteurized. No preserving agents, no colourings.

SHELF-LIFE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: 3 months at controlled temperature (4°C).

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal condiment for a cooking base or fillings. Perfect as an accompaniment to white meat, fish, seafood, potatoes and vegetables (especially artichokes and asparagus). Ideal for fresh pasta or to give a special touch to a risotto. It can also be simply spread on bruschetta or crostini.
