SHELF-LIFE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Three years at room temperature. Once opened, store in refrigerator.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect with pasta (as a condiment or as a filling), rice, white meat, vegetables (especially aspargus, sweet peppers, artichokes and fava beans), potatoes. It can be diluted with pasta or vegetables cooking water to make a more lighter sauce; with cream, flour or fresh cheese to make it more dense. Absolutely suggested on crostini or flaky pastry.
